Christmas Celebration Menus

We are offering several menus for reserved Holiday Dinners. All dinners consist of a Tea Course/Appetizer, Salad Course, Entree and finish with Dessert/Coffee. A soup course may be added upon request and/or substituted for the salad. All meals are served with fresh breads and butter.

Chicken Bouilliabaise - 

sounds and looks like a simple one dish meal but, WOW! Instead of being prepared with the usual mixed seafood items, our version of this classic is made with all white meat chicken, fresh tomatoes, leeks and onions in a seasoned tomato, garlic, vermouth and saffron scented stew. It is then served over a bed of Steamed White Rice that has been topped with a fresh Garlic Rouille. Within a day or two, you will find yourself craving more....more....more. And, its so good for you!
